Every once in a while, we meet a guitar player who sweats talent from his every pore; A player who is so versatile and full of feel that he moves seamlessly from one genre of music to another. A player who despite over two and a half decades of playing professionally still grabs his axe with the same enthusiasm today, as when he first started playing. There is joy in his playing and it’s celebrated with every note. He is truly unforgettable. He is Joey Greco.
A couple of television appearances on Quebec’s Musique Plus won Joey a great deal of recognition in the guitar community. Responding to demand, Joey established his private teaching practice. He later won first prize in Orage Electric – Musique Plus’s first ever guitar contest. Soon he was being courted corporately.
